Job Description:

As a safety Coordinator in MFG, you will Primarily focused on the prevention of accidents, incidents, and events that harm people, property in MFG, Improve overall MFG safety awareness and promote MFG EHS compliance, and responsible for MFG safety management, support & deploy site EHS activities and to ensure complying company requirements, guidelines and standard.

Responsibilities:

Drive, maintain, and improve MFG overall area safety performance metrics with compliance of company safety requirement

Lead MFG safety hazard/ environment aspect assessment and ensure a safety working environment and to initiate proactive task and continuous improvement projects in MFG to reduce/eliminate MFG safety risk and environment aspect

Cooperate with site EHS and lead MFG to prepare ISO14001:2015&ISO 45001:2018 audit

Lead safety accident and incident investigation and identify controls to prevent reoccurrence.

Share safety lessons learned from the global manufacturing network where applicable

Develop, Monitor MFG EHS related training. Maintain MFG safety examination database and tracking the testing result

Safety assessment for change of production SOP, layout and MFG process

Evaluate and Identify ERGO & OHS risk reduction opportunity regularly

Leading chemical safety management

Provide periodic department updates to review current status vs goals/objectives.

Coordinate site wide EHS activities( for e.g. safety month/EHS committee/safety communication)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or above, capable of writing/oral in English.

In depth technical understanding, especially of safety concepts.

Ability to lead and participate in cross-area teams, with proven ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

Demonstrate ability of project management, effective communication, & organize skills.

Intermediate to advance understanding of company safety principles and practices.

Knowledge of data structures of Micron SharePoint and manufacturing training system

Familiar with MFG process flow in Test/Module.

Capable of data analysis and effective problem solving .
