1During the quotation phase,define the detailed process for new products in order to reach the tarhets set by the Development team(takt time,output,RFT,manpower,CNQ and PPM)

2 In charge of creating the PFMEA

3 Create the technical and functional specifications for assembly equipments,paint jigs,checking fixtures and packaging.

4 Lead design reviews to validate the technical proposals from the equipment suppliers before kick-off.

5 Work with purchasing team to ensure strict tracking of the suppliers during the building phase of the equipments.

6 Support the tuning phase of the process equipments.

7 During production,lead improvement activities to increase efficiency,reliability and cost reduction by applying the fundamentals of lean manufacturing.
