§  Objectives & Responsibilities

§  根据客户要求，完成方案设计并获得批准。

§  Finish design according to customer requirements and get confirmed.

§  完成详细设计，包括图纸、BoM和技术文件等。

§  Finish detail design, including drawing, BoM and technique document, etc.

§  发现并改善项目执行和生产过程中出现的问题。

§  Find and improve when some problems occur during project execute and produce.

§  项目的前期技术支持和跟踪。

§  Technique support and communicate with customer.

§  为相关部门提供技术支持，包括生产部、销售、项目部、售后服务部，供应商管理部和质量部等。

§  Technique support to related departments, including sales, project engineer, after-sale services, SCM, quality, etc.

§  引进并转化新的产品和技术。

§  Introduce and translate new product and technique knowledge.

§  对相关产品和材料进行技术管理。

§  Technical manage to related product and material.

Technical Knowledge / Experience

§  具有3年以上高压产品技术工作经历

At least 3 years’ technique work experience in HV products.

§  熟练使用CAD和ProE绘图

Familiar with AutoCAD and ProE

§  具有良好的团队合作和沟通能力

Team cooperation work and communication

§  电气、高压、绝缘、自动化、机械等相关专业毕业

Graduated from Electric, HV, Insulation, Automation, Mechanical, etc.

§  具有良好的英语沟通能力

English communication ability.

§  优先考虑熟悉电容器，尤其是干式电容器的人

Priority to someone who is familiar to capacitor，especially Dry capacitor

§  优先考虑熟悉绝缘和材料的人

Priority to someone who is familiar to insulation and material

§  优先考虑可以独立分析产品机械性能的人

Priority to someone who can analyze mechanical performance.
