任职条件：

1)电子工程或微电子等电子类专业中专及以上学历，28岁以下；
2)热爱销售工作，有工作激情，具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；能承受工作压力，有挑战高薪的欲望；
3)有电子行业最好是电源管理IC销售经验，或者有从事电子方面的工程，设计或者采购经验者优先；
4)有良好的沟通技巧，协调能力，工作积极性强，能独立解决工作中遇到的各种问题；
5)英语基础好，能看懂一般英文技术资料。

岗位职责：
1)负责IC及相关解决方案在华南地区各类客户中的推广和销售
2)拜访及电话联系客户，了解客户的市场销售、需求计划等；
3)收集、分析、总结相关领域客户需求和市场动态；
4)开拓市场，寻求新的客户，根据客户需求提供产品销售和技术服务；
5)与客户、代理商及公司内部人员进行技术交流，信息共享；
6)执行公司销售策略，在规定时间内完成公司所制定的个人销售目标；
7)及时向公司相关部门反馈客户需求，并做好协调工作；
8)能合理的制定工作计划并进行有效的执行。
