工作职责：

1.装配收益：设定财务收益目标，并推动团队实现既定目标。每周进行一次检查，以确保收益率符合预期。

2.成本：为DM，I DM和工具制定节省成本的计划，并努力实现既定目标和时间表。

3.流程控制：为所有流程创建，查看和发布SOP，FMEA，OCAP，控制图。在关键流程上实施Cpk和SPC控制。

4.质量：推动AOQ，LRR的质量改进并符合质量标准。使用8D修复质量问题，并通过有效的纠正和预防措施及时释放搁置的批次。

5.新的流程/程序包/材料简介：创建/更新流程和/或受影响的SOP和其他相关文档，以反映更改并确保顺利及时地实施。

要求：

1.本科以上学历；电子技术或微电子专业者优先。

2. 3年以上经验。在功率半导体产品和制造工艺方面的知识，FMEA＆CP，SPC和质量体系方面的知识。具有包装和装配过程控制经验。***具有6 Sigma认证。

3.技术/知识：熟悉过程控制和统计分析，良好的项目管理和表达能力。良好的英语口语和书面能力。熟悉Microsoft Office和Auto CAD。

4.熟悉产品电性能测试者优先。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assembly Yield： Set Financial yield targets and drive team to achieve set targets. Conducts weekly reviews to ensure yields are on track.

2. Cost: Develop cost saving initiatives for DM,I DM and toolings and drive to meet set targets and timelines.

3. Process Control: Creates, review and release SOPs, FMEA, OCAP, control charts for all processes. Implement Cpk and SPC controls on critical processes.

4. Quality: Drive for Quality improvements on AOQ, LRR and conformance to Quality Standards. Fix Quality issues with 8D and timely release of on hold lots with effective corrective and preventive actions.

5. New Process/Package/Materials Introduction: Creates/Update process flows and/or affected SOPs and other related documents to reflect changes and ensure smooth and timely implementations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; major in electronic technology or microelectronics is preferred.

2. Above 3 years exp. in power semiconductor products and manufacturing processes, Knowledge of FMEA&CP, SPC, Quality Systems. Package and assembly process control experience is needed. 6 sigma certification is preferred.

3.Technical Skills/Knowledge: Familiar with process control and statistical analysis, good project management and presentation skills. Good command of English both oral and written. Familiar with Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.

4. familiar with product electrical performance testing is preferred.
