MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

·        Responsible for equipment and process support to ensure high efficiency manufacturing and product quality

    

·        Creating documentation for equipment operation, maintenance and calibration

    

·        Monitoring equipment efficiency, OEE and leading projects to further the equipment performance

    

·        Equipment program set up and process parameter optimization

    

·        Cooperation with Manufacturing and Quality for quality deviation disposition and take related correction action, preventive action

    

·        Step FMEA / MSA / Calibration owner to maintain the effectiveness of Quality control system

    

·        New technology or equipment evaluation and qualification to further enhance operation quality / efficiency

    

·        Support for customer audit to ensure no major finding observed

    

·        Equipment vendor management; Spare parts management

    

 

    

QUALIFICATIONS:

    

·        Bachelor or Master Degree.

    

·        Familiar with Semiconductor/Module assembly process is preferred.

    

·        Excellent English communication skills.

    

·        Good problem-solving skill and team work spirit
