·        Create and maintain necessary shop documentation to ensure compliance with CMM & other specification revision:

·        Prepare and submit concessions to OEMs for out-of-limits or out-of-scope repairs with the support of Process Engineer if applicable.

·        在工艺工程师的支持下，为超标准的维修情况向OEM申请特许。

·        Liaise with OEMs on technical queries or any other matters as required to support the business requirements.

·        与OEM联系有关技术问题和其它事宜，以满足业务需求。

·        Provide technical support and leadership to the workshop personnel, as well as to various cross-functional teams that may require engineering support.

·        向车间人员提供技术支持和指导，并寻求工程部的支持。

·        Support workshop personnel on modification of existing fixtures and designing of new ones. Set up new Equipment / Machine or modify existing set up for increase in capacity.

·        支持车间人员改进现有设备和设计新设备。设置新设备/机器，或改进现有设备以增加容量。

·        Ensure that all the technical issues are resolved in a timely manner, hence enabling smooth operation and production.

·        Provide support to Sales & Customer Service Department to ensure that all technical requirements & configurations set out by the customers can be met.

·        Carry out feasibility studies for new product capability setup. Initiate, plan and carry out the setting up of the approved capabilities with full commissioning / industrialization as the end-target, inclusive of tooling modification and validation.

·        对新产品能力设置进行可行性研究。启动、规划和执行已批准的功能，包括工具修改和验证，并以全调试/工业化作为最终目标。

·        Lead & conduct Root Cause Analysis and INC Investigation and issue warranty reports for defective components.

·        领导和实施根源分析和公司调查，并为有缺陷的部件签发保修报告

·        Participate actively in contributing to 6S, HSE initiatives and lean-sigma program.

·        积极参与6S,HSE和精益西格玛项目和活动。

 

Job Requirements工作要求

 

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering or any other related disciplines with a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Junior college degree with a minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.

·        机械/机电工程或其他相关专业的本科学历，至少三年工作经验。大专学历至少8年相关工作经验。

·        Possesses CAAC maintenance license.

·        拥有中国民航维修执照。

·        Able to converse fluently and write well in Chinese and English Language.

·        能够流利地用英语交谈并具备良好的中英文读写能力。

Professional Experience职业经历

·        A comprehensive understanding of the MRO business environment and its commercial drivers & customer needs.

·        全面了解MRO业务环境及其业务驱动因素与客户需求。

·        Working knowledge of Lean principles tools and improvement techniques coupled with a proven track record of implementing value-added improvements.

·        具备精益原则工具和改进技术的工作知识，以及实现持续改进的可靠记录。

·        Knowledge of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint & AutoCAD / CATIA.

·        熟练掌握MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD / CATIA。

·        Preferably with Project Management skills.

XIESA is located at the starting point of the historic "Silk Road" - Xi'an.
