? Unified bachelor degree or above 
? 10+ years of working experience (At least 6+years PLM system solution architecture design and leading multiple development and customization team for delivery ) 
? Experience of PLM system architecture design and leading technical team for detail solution design 
? Collaboration with Business Analyst for PLM business requirements definition and business solution 
? Global or industry leading PLM programs experience with system solution practices as solution architect 
? Review breakdown working load and effort estimation with detail development plan drafting by team 
? Leading technical team for system implementation and customization team beyond project scope 
? Capable to guide technical team for complex system and solution issue fixing 
? At least more than one major PLM system (PTC Windchill) rich implementation experience 
? Huawei relevant domain experience prefer

1）负责项目售前过程技术支持工作，包括项目技术解决方案设计与规划；
2）根据行业客户的需求，结合公司产品的特性，主导形成针对特定客户群的解决方案；
3）负责与客户进行项目前期沟通与交流、撰写方案、产品演示、方案讲解。

任职要求:
1）计算机、自动化、与智能制造相关专业背景,本科及以上学历；
2）具有8年以上工业化、信息化相关工作经验，6年上PLM相关顾问类工作经验；
3）良好的沟通表达能力、思路清晰、表达顺畅、能和客户的管理层进行有效的表达沟通；
4）了解数字化工厂整体技术架构，对自动化系统、MES系统、PLM系统、工业云应用有一定了解；
5）有高科技行业项目经验。
