Essentially this role will drive and maintain operational efficiencies and effectiveness in Greater China. Firstly she/he is to consolidate the current boutique network operation by building a stable management and retail team who can deliver high quality luxury fashion customer experience. Secondly in this fast growing and highly competitive market she/he shall support new business development opportunities that may arise and give an edge to brand future expansion strategy.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

- Prepare Monthly/Yearly business analysis report to support the management team to better understand and set up follow-up tools;

- Set up monthly incentive proposal to optimize the sales and push slow moving items;

- Collect the products information from boutiques and prepare the feedback reports to merchandising team for next season's order;

- Stock and system support, including but not limited to monitor the stock take for all boutiques in Greater China, Retail Proknowledgement training and daily support for operation questions;

- Event and marketing support；

- Logistics support；

- Daily Boutique expense management and PO settlement, including monitoring deposit and credit note, boutique accounting issue and checking monthly expenses at boutique level per item；

- Vendor Management is to negotiate and confirm contract with suppliers (Security/Cleaning company etc.) and monitor actual performance and service quality;

- E-Commerce support, to work with EC team to monitor and adjust the inventory between DOS and third parties platform;

- Other tasks asigned by Line Manager;

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above;

- 8-10 years overall work experience in luxury industry preferred；

- Experience in planning, sales ops, supply chain logistics, eCommerce and customer service preferred;

- Work experience and knowledge in GCA (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan) preferred;

- Fluent in English and Mandarin;

- Work in high pressure environment, Positive, Good patience, Strong communication and Problem-solving skills;
