职位描述
Drive ECommerce sales for Lanvin Greater China through official online store, Tmall flagship store, Wechat mini program and other 3rd party platforms。
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for day-to-day eCommerce operations of different channels and maintain the daily operations like product highlights, site content, assortment and online VM management to posting sales;
- Manage TP’s daily operation and execution of merchandising, graphic design, logistic and customer service;
- Partner closely with merchandising and marketing teams to align the brand strategy and product assortment;
- Familiar with the product assortment and mix, build product category, seasonal launches and commercial event calendar;
- Maximizing category sales through implementing attractive digital promotions jointly agreed with merchandising and marketing teams;
- Ensure websites are operating efficiency and proactively take the necessary steps in resolving any issues on a timely basis to maximize the sales opportunities and provide the best customer experience of the online stores;
- Responsible for delivering the eCommerce financial goals for the online stores;
- Assist on reporting, project coordination and testing of website enhancements and issues. Utilize advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other BI tools used internally to uncover insights, perform optimizations and report on ECommerce performance;
- Assist in coordinating projects between different departments that aims to enhance online customer journey and drive business sales growth;
- Conduct market research and provide recommendations if needed;
Requirements:
- Minimal 3-4 years of Ecommerce experiences - ideally from luxury brand with online store or luxury fashion Ecommerce platform, with strong commercial sense and ECommerce P&L;
- Have an awareness of ECommerce trends, competitive environment and digital customer experience;
- Well-organized, detailed-minded, result-oriented, problem solver and able to manage multiple tasks;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure as well as cooperate with teams to achieve company goals;
- A passion on products and numbers;
- Strong spoken and written English is required;
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint;
