Major Responsibilities:
？ Monitor and ensure import and export compliances:
？ Develop and maintain effective and efficient solutions for the manufacturing handbook;
？ Review and audit custom documentation and advice shipping department.
？ Maintains quality record retention process and advises other functional groups of Customs regulations.
？ Interface with Xi'an authorities and bureaus on day-to-day equipment and product clearances
？ Responsible for handbook management, reconciliation and document integrity

Qualifications:
？ Bachelor’s Degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills
？ Minimum 5 years China custom clearance and handbook experience preferably in Xi'an. No fresh graduates
？ Some employment experience with MNCs in a similar function
？ Prior experience / knowledge in EPZ
？ Owns broker license
？ Prior experience / knowledge in EPZ is a plus
？ Good command of English (level 6)
