职位描述：
【APP产品经理】
岗位职责:
1.对公司互联网项目进行整体规划主导，根据市场需求，规划产品功能架构；
2.负责APP客户端及管理后台的优化需求，设计产品原型、撰写需求文档；
3.负责相关产品的数据分析，及用户反馈的收集整理，提出产品改进方案；
4.协调开发、UI按计划完成各项工作目标并把控项目进度；
5.关注业界动态和市场对产品的反馈，提出产品升级建议，不断增强用户体验。

任职要求：
1.思维敏捷，沟通能力强，具有良好的书面和口头表达能力；
2.能承受较大的工作压力，有自我学习及创新能力，具备良好的团队合作意识；
3.熟练使用原型工具（如：axure、墨刀等）；
4.本科以上学历，有独立主导过完整项目经验***；
