职位描述：
临床试验运营主管/经理/总监
临床运营经理、总监是临床研究部门的重要成员，主要负责领导和管理临床运营团队，并领导和监督团队进行学科、人员和利益相关者的沟通、调配和管理； 负责确保在规定的预算和时间内进行临床试验。 负责监督供应商的选择和合同谈判的过程。 负责确保所有的业务遵守ICH-GCP和相关法规要求和操作规程。
 岗位职责：
1、按照cGCP、ICH-GCP、公司SOP及其他相关临床研究指导原则进行组织和管理临床试验。
2、实施战略性思维和战术，以确保持续效率地提高临床操作团队的技能和效率。
3、负责确保临床运行预算的准确预测和及时提交预算。确保遵守预算预测。
4、通过有效的领导，培训和人员管理，建立一个积极进取的团队，形成目标和绩效导向的管理文化。
5、负责资源管理，绩效管理和临床操作人员的职业发展管理。
6、开发和维持良好的关系和临床运营团队，医疗团队，安全和其他部门之间的相互合作。

任职资格
1、医学、药学或其他生命科学学士或者以上学位；
2、至少3年国际制药行业临床研究计划，执行经理/临床运营经理、总监经验。
3、整个药物开发过程的洞察力强，熟悉临床试验方法，ICH、GCP指导原则和国际规则；
4、有良好的领导能力，良好的沟通和人际关系，能很好地与他人合作，激励和鼓励他人；
5、有全球或跨国公司的临床操作试验经验者优先考虑；
6、 必须有良好的英文阅读和听说能力。

Bio-Thera Solutions Ltd, a leading biotechnology company in China, is dedicated to researching and developing innovative and biosimilar therapeutics for the treatment of cancers, autoimmune, cardiovascular diseases, and other serious medical conditions.
