Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Regularly interact with clients from online inquiries and campaigns, identify clients’ wants and needs, allocate to local offices, forwards info and recommend follow-up strategies to local sales teams.
· Track and check in with clients even after referral to local sales until the closure of the sale; set up feedback loop to Sales & Marketing team to ensure more consistency and efficiency in moving through the larger marketing/sales journey.
· Work with Marketing Team to survey, feedback and improve customer experiences before, during and after contract signing.
· Manage online clients group by playing “桥小助” roles: add clients to according consulting/webinar groups; execute and improve current protocols of WeChat group management, constantly interact with the groups and respond to protect from spy / irrelevant ads.
· As one of spokesman of AIC, promote AIC’s new offerings, programs, MVPs, campaigns, events to all groups
· Build relationships and trust in AIC brand and service along the whole process of sales and services
· Liaise with other company functions (departments or cities) to execute initiatives plans to ensure achievement of sales objectives
· Participate in providing evaluation of sales staff performance; work with Marketing team in market research, competitor and customer analysis, generate timely sales reports, report to leadership team on market updates, and develop pricing strategies adaptive to market need and changes.
Education and Experience
· Business degree or related professional qualification
· Bilingual in Chinese and English; fluent English in business communication
· At least 2 years sales and/or customer relationship management experience, preferably in education industry.
· Relevant product (study abroad consulting) and industry knowledge
· Knowledge of multiple markets and clients’ behaviors is a plus (esp. where AIC offices locate), previous national companies work experience preferred.
· Experience with relevant software applications (Office-esp. Excel sheet, CRM-Salesforce, Project management tools, etc.)
