Qualification:

1. Experience in customer service or sales for at least 3 years
2. Good communication skills
3. Fluent english and mandarin
4. Teamwork
5. Willingness to constantly learn new things

Responsibility:

1. Support sales department,Implement and update pricing structures and communicate with sales in case of deviations
2. Check lead times, prices, availability and prepare quotations to customers verbally and / or in writing
3. Get quotations for special items from internal suppliers or departments and prepare customer quotations
4. Process customer orders with all relevant informations in a correct and timely way
5. Send backorder reports and chase internal departments for lead times
6. Determine and implement new packing standards together with the warehouse
7. Check and send order confirmations to customers and check with internal departments in case of deviations
8. Advise warehouse when a shipment can be packed for a customer and releasing of packing documents
9. Check payment records and advise when a shipment can leave
10. Handle and check service claims and enter them accordingly into a claim software and communicate with other departments
11. Confirm documents in the software for goods which are packed and issue the invoices to customers correctly and on time
12. Handle special customer requests together with the specialized departments
13. Inform customer about deviations
14. Do telemarketing and do promotions
15. Issue credit- / return notes
