职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 协助总经理起草拟定公司各项规章制度，通知并传达公司重要的文件会议精神及规章制度。
2. 负责组织撰写或校对以公司名义上报外发的综合性文字材料；负责组织起草总经理会议材料。做好企业内外文件的发放、登记、传达。
3. 及时了解公司内部新情况、新问题、收集与公司发展有关的合理化建议，为公司领导决策提供信息资料。
4. 负责领导交办、会议议定和工作计划等事项的督办工作。并将督办情况处理建议及时反馈。
5. 负责组织和安排各部门经理以上级别会务工作，会议记录的编制和整理下发，并对决议事项进行催办、查办和落实。
6. 每月月报整理工作。月底收集各部门经理当月工作报告，整理汇总上报总经理。
7. 负责公司来访客户的接待和对外公共关系的协调和联络工作,协调本公司内部各部门、分支机构以及外部相关机构的关系。

任职要求：
1、形象气质佳，身高160cm以上，大专及以上学历，相关工作经验2年以上；
2、英文听、说、读、写能力强，大学英语六级以上；
3、悟性高，思维清晰，做事细致，快速学习能力强；
4、具有较强的应变能力及人际沟通能力，抗压能力强；
5、有较强文案撰写处理能力，熟练应用常用办公软件PPT\Word\PS等。 举报 分享
