Job Description:
As a Receiving documentation clerk, you will follow MXA document control process, be responsible for checks, counts, verifies, and documents storing. Key input receiving information into computer. Monitors all materials received and dispatched from the warehouse or related department. Be familiar with data collection and analysis and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
作为Receiving 文档管理专员，需要遵循MXA文件控制流程，对相关的文档进行检查确认以及存档，并有效地进行信息传递。及时录入收货信息，监控物料收货和派送至仓库及其他部门。熟练的掌握数据收集及分析。 以及主管安排的其他相应工作。
Responsibilities:
? Be responsible of documentation management. /负责文档管理
? Preparing documentation for incoming shipments base on logistic mail. /根据物流部的运输信息整理准备相应文件
? Verify and track received materials, include abnormal case. /核查并追踪物料接收，包括异常情况的处理
? Deliver incoming and outgoing department packages and mail。/ 接收，投递其他部门的相关货物
? Counts the signed document or freight bill and complete the record. /统计并签收收货单据、送货单局，并及时记录
? Control and monitor Custom/CIQ not release shipment. /管理并监控海关/商检未放行货物
? Perform other reasonable job duties as request by supervisor. /其他主管安排的工作
Qualifications:
? 3 years’ receiving working experience and 1 years’ Non-Compliance case. /3年收货相关工作经验并且在近一年内未有被记录的违规行为
? A good understanding and knowledge of receiving process. /熟悉相关收货流程
? A good communication skill, both verbally and in writing. /良好的沟通技巧，包括口头表述及书面表述
? High school degree or above / 高中及以上学历
