职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 与团队成员,产品经理、销售人员、以及客户等一起设计解决方案和架构。
2. 在产品生命周期里提供专业的技术服务以及领导能力。
3. 研究和评估新的开源技术和方法。
4. 多任务工作，并管理项目的优先级，交付日期，和交付的产品

最低要求：
1. 硕士学历(计算机或者相关专业)， 或者具有同等的实践经验。
2. 7年或以上Java,C/C++, Python等的开发经历。
3. 优秀的英语书面及口语能力。
4. 优秀的逻辑思考能力，清晰的文档和表达能力。

优先要求
1. 擅长于解决问题和技术创新。
2. 在开发geo-redundancy, high availability有实际经验。
3. 在开发云计算平台方面有实际经验。
4. 在大数据（Big Data），机器学习(Machine Learning),微服务(Microservices)或者BI方面有实际经验。
5. 熟悉通信领域或移动数据信令网络者优先。
6. 熟悉Policy Management，移动运营商CRM者优先。
7. 主动积极，良好的团队合作精神。

Responsibilities:
. Work with team members, product managers, sales, customers to design and architect solutions
. Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout product life cycles
. Research and evaluate new open source technologies and methodologies
. Multi-tasking and manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
. MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience
. 7+ years of development experiences using Java, C/C++, Python and etc.
. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
. Logical thinking, clear documentation and presentation skills

Preferred qualifications
. Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and technical innovation
. Experience in developing full geo-redundancy, high availability system
. Experience in developing on cloud computing platform.
. Handon experience in big data, machine learning, microservices or BI tools
. Familiar with telecommunication or mobile data signaling network is a plus
. Familiar with policy management, mobile carrier CRM system is a plus
