职位描述：
Objectives & Responsibilities

？ Lead the technology developing work of MV SVG (10kV&35kV) and LV PQF products
？ 主导中压SVG产品（10kV&35kV）及低压有源滤波器的研发工作
？ Visit customer, collect and analyze marketing information, understand the product and technology trend;
？ 需要拜访客户，收集分析市场信息，了解产品趋势变化
？ Provide the specific power quality solution to customer
？ 向用户提供有针对性的解决方案
？ Support FES & Factory Sales for IN/EPC/Distribution grid/ Oversea customer pre-sales communication, commutate the technical design with customer;
？ 为前段销售和工厂销售提供售前支持，主要是向工业客户、系统承包商、电网用户、海外用户进行技术交流
？ Train sales team with power quality knowledge;
？ 给销售团队提供电能质量知识的培训
？ Support SCM to develop new materials and new suppliers
？ 支持供应链团队开发新物料和新供货商

Educational Requirements
？ University education above
？ 大学本科学位及以上
Technical Knowledge / Experience
？ At least 5 years’ experience in developing MV SVG & PQF products（MV&LV）.
？ 5年以上的电能质量领域SVG产品研发设计工作经验（中、低压）
？ Experience on designing and Programming for controlling software, including DSP & FPGA
？ 熟悉控制软件的设计，编写，包括DSP与FPGA
？ Familiar with IGBT model design and optimization
？ 熟悉IGBT模块的设计和优化
？ Knowledge of power system, SVC/SVG/PQF, control &protection
？ 具备电力系统、SVC/SVG/PQF、控制保护、
？ Good Knowledge and skill of Power point, Excel,
？ 具有熟练使用办公软件的技巧，如Power point, Excel等
？ Good command of English both in oral and in written(English required)
？ 流利专业的英文水平（口语和写作）
