JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
(Summaries the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization. )
1. Lead warehouse team to support smooth manufacturing and meet customer orders to improve the quality of service, and Optimize stock level.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position)
1 Develop strategy, business and action plan for a cost-effective warehouse operation.
2 Increase the efficiency of warehouse operations (reduce costs, improve productivity and quality, and improve work spirit).
3 Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the logistics operation to reach the company’s internal targets and deliver service levels that exceed our customers’ expectation.
4 Be responsible for the overall material movement operation and inventory verification in warehouse.
POSITION OF THE JOB IN THE ORGANISATION
(Major interaction parties: Internal e.g. colleagues, Sales & Marketing Dept, Unions & etc. External e.g. legal advisor, customers, distributors, Clients & etc)

REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

1. Good knowledge and experience in warehouse management and operation, above 3 years team management experience
2. Good SAP knowledge
3. English CET-4 or above, fluently in oral & written
4. 6-sigma GB or Lean project leader experience is perfect
