职位描述：
Job Responsibility: 工作职责

1. Develop new distributors and customers in responsible territory according to company target.
按照公司目标发展自己所在区域的新代理商和客户
2. Maintain customer daily requirement and old customer business handle
对于客户日常业务的维护
3. Executive the sales strategy of company for segments and territories
执行公司对于行业和区域的销售策略
4. Manage Distributors to align with company business target.
管理相应的代理商以达到业绩目标
5. Provide training to distributor and customer
向经销商和销售提供日常产品和销售培训

Job requirement:工作要求

1. Working Experience over 5 year in Spray Equipment or Tools will be preferred.
在喷涂设备或者喷涂工具行业有5年或者以上者优先考虑
2. Auto repair Automatic/ Mechanism/ Business Management Subject background, Colleague degree is a must
大专学历以上，以自动化/机械/商业营销专业背景为主
3. Logical thinking and a certain presentation skill is needed
逻辑思维，另需要一定的讲解能力
4. Travel requirement is necessary
需要以工作要求出差
5. Strong Team work attitude and customer oriented attitude.
强烈的团队合作意识和客户为中心的态度
6. Office operation (CRM system use experience is preferred)
会操作Office软件 (如果有使用CRM系统的经验可以优先考虑)
7. English Writing /reading is also necessary.
