Project scope:
Around 5 working days in total over 2-4 weeks


Project description:
Core task within the projects is to accompany some of our end customers to observe and record how they are dealing with our products within their daily routine.
What we want to find out for instance is how our customers prepare, transport, work, clean our machines. What do they like, what are they missing or struggeling with?
Goal is to have a short report and presentation of the findings to Product Management at the end. 举报 分享
