职位描述：
Job Description:
- Maintain customer relationships
- Keeping them up to date with any new offerings or changes to their subscriptions
- Coordinate education to customers
- Provide reports and support based on customer requirements
- Remind customers in time for subscription renewals
- Send out quotations and follow up on payments
- Meet with prospective new customer and inform about the IHS offerings and value
- Keep CRM updated
 
Job Requirement:
- Engineering background, Bachelor or above degree
- Well organized & detailed oriented
- Very good communication skills
- Experience in managing client relationships
- Good Language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Work experience: > 4 years
