岗位职责：

Responsible for development of all lamination fabrics.

负责所有的复合面料的开发

Visit customer as applicable. 适当的客户拜访

Visit suppliers as applicable 适当的供应商拜访

Plan and schedule trials to meet customer deadlines. On time every time

按照客户的时间要求安排试样，需每次按时完成

Select optimum Raw Materials and Process Route for all samples and subsequent production

挑选试样和小批量生产的原材料和生产流程

Develop robust fit for purpose products to handover to manufacturing.

样品移交

Once a product is awarded take responsibility from the Lead Engineers to run small volume production and launch the product

一旦产品确定，需负责从高级工程师开始进行小量的生产及产品发布

Run 5 production batches pre-launch with Technical Manufacturing present.

协助生产技术做5个批次的试生产

Write SOP for production.

起草作业指导书

Create Handover pack for production.

准备移交资料

Responsible for all lamination Engineering Changes 负责所有复合工程的变动

Acquire in depth knowledge of lamination process areas

深入了解复合生产的各道工序

Coach Engineers to a level where they can cover vacations and absences or potentially become a Woven Engineer in the future as the business grows. 培训横向的工程师，确保自己休假或其他原因不在的时候，工程师能完成无纺试样的工作



任职要求：

Either Bachelor degree major in textiles, engineering or science. 纺织、工程、科学技术等方面的本科学历

Or minimum of 3 years experience in Automotive Textile manufacturing. 或3年以上汽车面料企业工作经验

Must be organized, energetic and motivated. 自律、充满激情和热情

Must be logical and good at problem solving. 富有问题解决能力
