Responsibilities:
-Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls timely
-Take and distribute accurate messages
-Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit; issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
-Respond to routine inquires from internal or external sources
-Perform letters & Express & office supplies & packages on the registration, distribution, mailing; and manage conference rooms bookings
-Other miscellaneous administrative activities

Requirements:
-College degree or above.
-1+ year experience.
-Customer oriented.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Team working spirits.
