职位描述
Job Focus:
The HR manager will provide tactical and strategic Human Resource leadership and generalist oversight for the company
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate as an active member of the JV leadership team. Partner with business leader and staff to define and implement overall human resources strategy on long-term planning, and manage complex issues within Functional areas of expertise
2. Provide proactive HR leadership and expertise including recruiting & staffing, compensation & benefits, organization development and change, talent assessment and development, performance management, & employee relations and communication
3. Conduct market C&B study, improve and implement C&B policies, and help build a comprehensive and competitive C&B structure
4. Facilitate the leadership team to define and develop company culture
5. Review existing process and develop an effective review process to identify high and low performers, setting clear and measurable goals, and develop career plan.
6. Deepen the relationship between staff and the company, and to cultivate a good team atmosphere with our culture and vision.
7. Develop creative strategy to keep talent.
8. Work with Lear RHQ on HR planning and needs.

8. Fluency in English
9. Willing to frequently travel between Shanghai and Wenzhou
Experiences and Education:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.More than 8 years HR generalist experience including recruiting, C&B, retaining, performance management, employee relations & leadership development, and coaching, plus at least 4 years at HR Manager’s Position, JV experience is preferred.
