1.订单评审，交货期回复、业务协调；
2.产能负荷评估，区域产能规划、分配；工单开立、分发、追踪、结单；
3.月度、周生产计划排定到线、分发；合理调节生产计划和生产进度；
4.达到均衡生产，MRP系统的运行维护，车间完工率的统计；
5.物料的督促，生产异常协调、调整追踪处理。
