Work Location: Shanghai Songjiang

Main Responsiblity

a)Maintain the customer master file in "SAP_TEC trading "
b)Input the invoice amount and due date information into "SAP_TEC trading "
c)Extract billing report from "SAP_TEC trading " on a weekly basis, and ensure all required invoice are issued based on the instruction from her/his supervisor;
d)Transfer overdue retention money to A/R accounts with correct due date information;
e)Recognize revenue by project and unit in "SAP_TEC trading " based factory delivery list;
f)Upload cost list by project and unit in "SAP_TEC trading ";
g)Other assignments as necessary;

Requirement

a)University graduate majored in Accounting/Finance
b)Minimum two year relevant work experience
c)Strong knowledge in Accounting/Finance
d)Have good communication and coordination skills
e)Energetic and highly motivated team player
f)Hard working and stable
g)Deadline orientated and team work spirit;
