Role and Responsibilities：

l Establish effective working relationships with Asia sales branches and marketing department in the HQ to ensure that our products are sold in an efficient manner

2 Provide feedback into product development and participates in their development; collaborate to create ,launch and track performance of product in our markets

3 Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet Asia Division objectives

4 Demonstrate effective management of marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization

5 Articulate product offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing

6 Work with sales to cultivate reference accounts for products; identify client success stories and work with marketing Spain to create appropriate collateral

7 Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/leaflets/trade shows, and other initiatives

8 Monthly activity reporting

9 Create sales-ready tools, including market-facing presentation content to be used by sales to highlight benefits of our products to our clients

10 Understand the products offering and approach of key competitors

11 Conduct marketing surveys

Qualifications:

l Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator

2 3-5 years of professional marketing experience

3 Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Driver, Creative problem solver, Analytical

4 Strong communication and presentation skills/

5 Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably

6 Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time-to deliver results on time and under budget

7 Experience working closely with a sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success

8 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
