Medela is the global leading partner and advocate of breastfeeding. The company is established in 1961 in Switzerland. Medela is a research-based company and has funded basic research into breastfeeding and breast milk as well as innovative medical vacuum technology for almost 20 years. Medela has established a strong cooperation with key opinion leaders and medical experts in hospitals worldwide.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved)

1) create a sustainable Learning Environment Culture ensuring the capability is in place to allow the organization to become the best place to work

2) Reinforce company culture and values through training, organization development expertise and capabilities in the areas of employee engagement, team effectiveness, and high performing team

3) Work as a Talent Partner to provide advice to internal HR teams to work out the one-stop solution to business partners.

4) Searching/upgrade/management in promotion, hipo-assessment, new capability talents, hiring in manager role, Intern selection

5)Be part of core team to lead the MT program

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education 教育背景：

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business and Social Sciences, preferred major in Human Resources or Management

Languages 语言水平：

Good in English writing, reading and speaking  

Experience 工作经验：

1) 5 years + solid experience in Learning, talent management or leadership development areas.

2) HR Consulting firm background is highly preferred
