Operational manual and controls

• Conduct operational activities in line with the business operations manual.
• Counterparty management in Sollyd, i.e. broker/agent/cedant
• Quality assurance on the system entries
• Seek to enhance Sollyd system on business administration capabilities
• Ensure appropriate records for reinsurance risks are maintained
• Good housekeeping of the contracts and relevant documents for reinsurance
• Perform month-end closing activities by working closely with underwriting divisions and other departments involved

Outward reinsurance management

• Setup relevant outward reinsurance treaties in core business system
• Ensure that the outward reinsurance data is processed and closed through Xchanging on time and with high quality
• Actively seek to improve the outward reinsurance process

Reporting

• Reporting as required by the BOT manager
• Produce/manage accurate business information and analysis reports to monitor business performance

Customer services

• Assist the Business Operations Manager in carrying out customer services related activities.

Other Business Operations related tasks assigned by the line manager

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

• 0-2 years operation experiences in insurance industry, general insurance a plus
• Project management experience preferred
• Good understanding on office software and core business system
• Responsible and diligent

Fluent oral and written language skills for both English and local language required
