Responsibility
Program management for new product launch & improvement programs of significant importance to the business. NPD (New Product Development) & change management.
? Product P&L management
? Customer account management.
? Business planning
? Facilitating global, cross-functional teams in support of business goals
? Achieving results in a highly global matrixed environment.
? Evaluating business proposals through cost estimating and discounted cash flow analysis.
? Establishing financial plans for products, performing reconciliation analyses and driving appropriate corrective actions.
? Ensuring adequate capacity in place to meet customer demand
Requirement:
5 years above working experience. Proven performance in program management & product management involving global, cross-functional groups.
? Capable of championing change: taking action to effectively support and implement change initiatives.
? Capability of influencing at all levels, both internally and externally, leading individual and global team to accomplish organizational goals and objectives.
? Sound judgment
? PMP (Project Management Process) accreditation is preferable.
? Working knowledge of Six Sigma or other formal problem solving methodology.
? TS16949 quality system requirements are necessary.
? Fluent oral English, good English communication capability in reading & writing.
? Sound financial knowledge
