Key Responsibilities
-Responds to customer requests, queries and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring any problems within CSR area of responsibility are resolved to the customer's satisfaction;
-Allocate customer orders according to the company instruction and monitor the order fulfillment effectively and accurately;
-Review and verify warehouse inventory;
-Follow up with the product delivery schedule and make sure the on-time delivery;
-Maintain and update the reports as and when required.

Required Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree with minimum one year related customer service experience.
-General understanding of Supply Chain processes.
-Good command of English.
-Interpersonal communication, relationship management and collaboration skills.
-Good learning ability, quick response and strong follow-up ability.
-Ability to prioritize appropriately and handle multiple tasks.- Good work ethic with personal integrity.
-Good computer skills
