RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. 负责公司销售活动的组织、策划和执行，挖掘潜在客户，增加客户黏度；
Responsible for the organization, planning and implementation of company sales activities, discovering perspective customers, increasing customer loyalty;
1. 整合各方资源，创新推广，努力提升凯健养老的品牌知名度；
Leading innovation and promotion with combined resources to improve brand awareness of Cascade Healthcare nursing home project;
2. 制定营销方案和策略，并负责协调养老院资源进行营销活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务；
Setting marketing program and strategy, coordinating nursing home resources for planning and execution of marketing activities, completing sales quota;
3. 负责到访客户现场接待、电话咨询，实现咨询转化率；
Responsible for on-site reception and telephone consultation of visiting clients, achieving counsel conversion rate;
4. 负责入住客户合同管理，日常住户关系维护，达成续租率；
Responsible for contract management of residents, daily resident relationship maintenance, achieving lease renewal rate;
5. 做好入住客户的评估和并收集整理、分类归档客户资料；
Assessing check-in residents, collecting, organizing, classifying and filing resident data;
6. 负责客户档案的建立，对客户进行售前售后管理；
Responsible for establishing resident files, pre-sales and after-sales resident management
7. 关注住户满意度，建立高效的投诉机制,对投诉结果进行结果反馈,提升客户入住满意和舒适度；
Concerning about resident satisfaction degree, establishing effective complaint mechanism, forming feedbacks on complaint results to improve residents satisfaction degree and degree of comfort;
8. 配合民管会，对服务项目进行检查和监督,服务质量异常调查处理,完善客户满意度调查；
Assisting the democratic management committee in inspecting and supervising service programs, investigating and dealing with anomalies in quality of service, improving investigation of residents satisfaction degree
9. 维护好住户与相关各部门服务协议,做好协议续延等；
Maintaining service agreements between residents and related departments, ensuring agreement renewal;
10. 与前台,活动,以及市场等共同协作，达成公司预期目标
Cooperating with reception, activities and marketing department to achieve desired goals of the company
11. 以及其他领导安排的工作
Completing tasks assigned by other superiors

REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
Key Skills & Competencies 关键技能和胜任力：
1、 具有较强的沟通能力和服务意识，有较强的团队意识；
Strong communication skills and sense of service, team player
Education Background/Professional Training 学历和专业/职业培训和证书：
专科及以上学历
College degree or above
Working Experience 工作经验：
养老或酒店服务背景及一年以上同行业相关经历
Senior Living or hotel services background with over one-year experience in the same industry

Office Software 办公软件运用技能：Word, Excel, PowerPoint
？ Strong adequacy with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Columbia China was founded by Columbia Pacific Management Inc.
With headquarter is in Seattle, USA, CPM is an international business that develops and operates hospitals, clinics and senior living facilities in Asia.
CPM owns Columbia Asia, which has nearly 30 hospitals, clinics, and extended care facilities in Malaysia, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In Year 2011, Columbia China set up the head office in Shanghai. To meet China's growing demand for international standard medical services, Columbia China will invest in the establishment of a number of comprehensive, specialized hospitals, clinics, pension care and rehabilitation facilities throughout the country.
In September, 2016, TEMASEK strategically invested in Columbia China, taking 50% shares.
