基本职责：

1、根据中国区工厂的年度销售目标及集团公司要求，与客户（主要为集团内，少数集团外）沟通后并结合工厂产能情况预测年度销售额。 According to the sale budget,group requirements and orders status,fix up the sale forecast annually and monthly.
2、根据集团公司内不同客户，确定不同价格策略，视客户区域，大小，季节，订单量，品牌要求等情况予以报价，并与客户协商。Prepare the price list,negociation with customer further for final pricing
3、根据客户要求报价及进程跟进直至项目完成 quotation of the tooling and follow up the project.
4、根据集团公司在中国区发展战略规划及向所属工厂采购要求，负责安排与集团各相关公司联系、商讨确认产品需求，接收并审核订单，安排工厂生产并跟踪出货收汇等情况。Receiving the orders, revision, coordination, follow up, check the delivery,study the situation with the factories and find out the solution, etc.
5、接受客户投诉了解情况，要求工厂分析原因并及时提供解决方案，就可行方案与客户沟通确认达成一致意见。Receiving the customers' claim, comunication and find out the problem, set up the solution.
6、安排并陪同来访客户参观工厂，介绍生产情况，产品特点，倾听客户要求并予以及时回复响应及后续跟进。Arrange the visit of the customer, accompany, introducing, negotiation and follow up
7、拜访客户进一步了解客户需求及当地市场情况。协助合资工厂应客户要求安排提供相关产品培训。Visiting the customer,exploring the local market demand,understanding the real situation, asisting to offer the products training, etc.
8、对于新客户，尤其是欧美澳地区，及时与集团公司沟通，确定如何对待及价格策略。Facing the new customer, specially to the europe/american market,discussing internally and fix up the treatment policy
9、协助审核工业生产，设备投入，人员工资，日常费用等审核批准付款。 参与商讨预算。Help to revise the investment of production equipment, new project, and salary, daily expenses, purchasing payment,etc.
10、了解客户对新产品的要求并协助上级督促工厂，技术部门开发新产品，跟踪新产品开发进度及时向客户反馈。Help Leader to push the factories to accelarate the new products development, follow up and feedback to customers.
11、协助外籍人员居留，外籍来访人员入境邀请等其他事宜。 人员招聘面试。提供参考意见。Helping residence procedure, foreigner immigration papers, some interviews of new employees.

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，外贸相关专业毕业，五年以上外贸工作经验；
2、三年以上外资企业工作背景；
3、英语听说读写流利;
4、具有优秀的商务谈判技能和领导能力
