Main Purpose of the Job:
As part of the Columbia China Finance team and Columbia Clinic Operations, overseeing five clinics, providing overall leadership and management of the Clinic Operations. Also participates in operation-wide strategic and operational planning. Working closely with the clinic management team to establish the clinic operation’s objectives while planning and programming within the scope of multiple departments.

Job Description:
? Provides financial expertise on operational and budgetary issues for the Clinic Operations.
? Leads the annual budget process, ensuring development of operational and capital budgets that support the organizations strategic objectives.
? Ensures the establishment and maintenance of sound financial practices and procedures, provides accurate reporting and interpretation of financial information and advises management on fiscal issues. The Director prepares, interprets and analysis financial reports.
? Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports, communications and presentations; advise on key trends, deviations, and areas of opportunity & risk;
? Continuous simplification, professionalization and improvements, as well as further automation and digitalization of processes.
? This position also focuses on revenue cycle operations and process improvements throughout the organization.
? Operational responsibilities to include business office operations, patient access departmental operations, finance and accounts payable operations, medical records operations, and shipping & receiving operations.
? Compliance responsibilities to include Clinic Operations and Corporate compliance per policies and regulatory procedures.
? Communication activities to include direct interaction with the Clinic Operations Management Team as well as staff, physicians, patients, etc.
? This position is responsible for directing and coordinating Clinic Operations activities regarding financial administration as well as the maintenance of the fiscal records. Develops, directs, implements and ensures compliance of all Clinic Operations standards.
? This position supervises the following departments: Accounting, Commercial insurance settlement and Materials Management.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):
? Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree strongly preferred. Areas of study include finance, healthcare administration, accounting, business or related field. CPA strongly preferred.
? At least 7 years' relevant experience in multinational company, preferably with experience in Clinic Operations revenue cycle and management of multiple departments.
? Must be able to demonstrate competence in management and leadership skills to develop and implement organizational strategies and opportunities for growth.
? Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to the appropriate regulatory standards.
? Excellent communications skills with the ability to explain and communicate among other things complex accounting issues; high standard of written and presentational skills;
? Must possess the numerical ability to analyse problems and develop accounting systems to accurately control financial activity at the Clinic Operations.
? Experience and expertise in utilization of ERP and Planning & Reporting systems; knowledge in Oracle and Power BI will be a credit
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint); VBA knowledge will be a credit;
? English language skill is essential;
