岗位职责:

？ Strong data analysis ability & develop systematic report to provide business insight;
？ To improve current CRM regular program and tracking campaign result, continually optimize campaign effectiveness;
？ Continue to innovate the unique shopping journey and surprise our customers through each touch points of CRM program;
？ Organize Co-brand activities to enhance Sulwhasoo brand image among target audience and convert them to our customer;
？ Conduct individual CRM activities with department store, to recruit potential customers, and build-up Consumer Experience Engagement activities in 17 key doors & FSSs.
？ Maintain CRM related activities in T-mall, Official Website, Wechat platform. Lead O2O campaign, to bring traffic to offline store.
？ Utilize online platform such as 小程序 or other gadget to enhance consumer CRM experience and achieve related CRM KPI.

任职资格:

？ University graduate ; experience in cosmetic/ FMCG industry is a plus;
？ Understanding of the customer segmentation in China;
？ Have creative judgment skills with experience in CRM on event, digital, social networks and other new platforms;
？ Have strong strategic and analytical skills;
？ Desire to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented startup environment;
？ Excellent communications and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
