职位描述
(1)执行上级领导的工作指示，将落实贯彻的情况及时向上级领导汇报；
(2)物业管理部及与业户之间的协调工作；
(3)熟悉所在物业情况、业户动态，完成上级领导交办的各项工作；
(4)负责督促客服专员、保安保洁的日常工作；
(5)保持与业户的日常沟通，了解业户的需求并及时反馈信息。
职位要求：
(1)形象良好，遵纪守法；
(2)物业管理三年以上工作经验；
(3)具有良好的组织协调能力，能妥善处理日常各种事务和突发事件；
(4)有较强的公共关系知识和能力，良好的人际关系及沟通能力。
