职责描述：

1、对电子商务有一定的了解，了解时尚，并愿长期往电商行业发展。

2、协助运营工作，负责店铺基础运营工作、协助完成店铺销售目标。

3、懂天猫/京东/唯品会各平台的基本操作流程,具有良好的客户服务意识,较强亲和力、应变沟通能力。

3、负责店铺及品牌每日、周、月、季度、销售数据、汇总、整理、制作，并进行分析。

4、每日对商品、顾客及营销数据进行监控、分析、管理反馈。

5、不定期优化标题，图片，对店铺页面进行更新或改版。

7、策划站内合适的、有效的付费及免费活动的报名上线、准备工作、结束总结；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历；

2、有天猫平台、唯品会、京东平台运营助理半年以上工作经验；

3、熟悉制表工具及图表制作：office、Word文档PPT、会PS制图软件基本修改操作；

4、有针对店铺活动页面及详情页相关文字信息撰写优化能力；

5、细心、踏实、有主动学习能力，服从上级安排、并配合上级完成各项工作 ；

6、对工作主动热情，应变能力强，认真负责，耐压性好，有团队合作精神；

7、有商品管理工作经验者优先考虑；
