职位描述：
岗位职责，
1. 为各项目提供工程技术支持和质量管控
2. 传达，编制工程类标准文件、政府工程类法律法规
3. 收集各项目各类工程计划、数据、报告
4. 提供工程类主题的培训
5. 参与工程类审计工作
6. 参与业务拓展工作并提供技术支持
7. 组织项目工程负责人会议
8. 参与工程类招投标工作的监管

任职条件，
? 专业技能：在房地产行业工程技术管理及物业服务行业工作多年，熟悉多专业公用设备设施的安装技术和施工现场的组织管理；熟悉有关房地产建设及物业管理的法规、政策等专业知识；了解物业管理上的各种运作、配套设施的运行与维修保养；具有较强的动手能力和文件编写能力；成熟、稳重善于沟通，具有一定的外部协调和内部管理能力。有英语基础者尤佳
? 年龄：30-40
? 学历：建筑工程/暖通工程/电气工程/动力工程/机电一体化专业大专或以上
? 工作经历：同类工作经历3年以上 举报 分享
