岗位职责：
1、负责呼叫中心整体运营管理，完成呼叫中心整体考核目标；
2、制订并不断优化呼叫中心管理制度和工作流程并监督实施；
3、指导落实各项工作任务，监督并考核工作质量；
4、负责呼叫中心团队的培训、激励、管理和考核；
5、结合行业服务情况，对现有服务流程、服务政策提供改善建议及措施；
6、团队管理，传递公司文化，提升员工工作激情；
7、妥善处理客户投诉及意见，维护客户关系，提升满意度；
8、保持与相关部门的协作，确保呼叫中心与其它部门之间的流畅衔接；
9、负责收集归纳呼叫中心各项运营数据，为公司决策及相关部门工作提供可靠依据任职要求。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，营销类相关专业；
2、三年以上大中型呼叫中心运营管理经验、团队管理经验，有家电类企业呼叫中心运营管理工作经验者优先；
3、熟悉呼叫中心的运作模式、工作流程及运作规范，熟悉呼叫中心的日常运营管理和人员管理。
