职位描述：
1、 根据年度总目标及月度目标，分析销售目标并制定大区营销计划及回款计划；
2、 负责区域内客户的维护及拓展，管理和培训渠道伙伴；
3、 贯彻公司渠道政策，制定并实施所辖区域内客户的具体支持措施；
4、 带领团队独立完成规定的渠道销售任务；
5、 进行数据统计、市场分析并能做出指导性建议；
任职要求
1. 专科以上学历，有眼镜行业销售经验优先；
2. 有团队管理经验；
3. 工作积极主动，自我管理能力强，具有较强的抗压能力和执行力；
4. 语言表达能力强，善于沟通、公关及处理人际关系
