职位描述：
1) 负责公司前台接待以及电话接转；
2) 办公室人员文件收包裹收发，打印机区域传真收发；
3) 及时更新和管理员工的联系方式以及外地销售人员的联系地址；
4) 负责办公室内绿化及饮用水的预订；
5) 负责办公用品采购，保管，发放，登记等；
6) 按照公司的差旅制度，负责员工出差的机票及酒店预订，合理安排行程；
7) 及时登记员工的休假单，定期出具考勤报告给人事结算工资；
8) 协助上级主管完成其他工作安排


基本要求：
1） 大专以上学历，行政管理相关专业优先；
2） 英语四级，书面及口语良好不受此限制；
3） 有1-2年相关工作经验优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可；
