职位描述：
MISSION

Lead Engineering Area at WX including Tool Design, Tool Manufacturing, Prototyping and RD, according to global guidelines and strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

GENERAL

1. WX Engineering area general organization and management.
2. KPI’s reporting (Tool Design, Tool Manufacturing, Prototyping and RD) to the Global Technical Director & Asia BU Director proposing the pertinent corrective measures in case of any deviation comes out.
3. KPI’s review with the local team.
4. Ensure that WX Engineering is working according internal procedures.
5. Submit HR team needs in terms of new recruitments & org changes to the Global Technical Director & Asia BU Director. Training & salary will be managed locally.

TOOLING

6. Deploy global tooling strategy defined at HQ.
7. Ensure effective communication between Tool area WX team and Tool area at HQ
8. Deploy tooling project strategy in terms of tool design (tool design at EU, at WX or at Toolmaker) and tool construction (toolmaker award) defined at HQ.
9. Keep updated the global tooling planning (design, construction and fine tuning) regarding WX projects.
10. Inform Global Tooling Manager about any concern regarding tool design & construction.
11. Be member of Sourcing Committee for WX projects.
12. Ensure technical support from WX team to the tool suppliers and take decisions according situation, being guarantor at any time of the economic results, quality and lead-time accomplishment linked to the tool construction.
13. Project for tool construction risk control

RD

14. Deploy global RD strategy defined at HQ.
15. Ensure effective communication between RD WX team and RD at HQ.
16. Inform Global RD Manager about any concern regarding product design.




EUCATION AND SKILL SETS REQUIRED

Engineering Mechanical University Education.
Experience of minimum 5 years in engineering environment with managerial responsibility. At least 3 of them in automotive sector.
Experience in stamping processes within automotive industry.
Fluent English.
Good software knowledge of CATIA, Autoform, …
