职位描述 Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the design and development for current products, Develop solutions for complex technical engineering problems and may be accountable for the design or improvement of processes.

针对现有的产品的设计与开发，对项目复杂的技术问题及改进流程提出解决方案。

2. Set the development program and strategy for new products in order to keep correspondence with the market objectives, manage the project/program to the plan to perform needs analysis and initiate ideas and evaluate new products.

根据市场情况制订新产品开发方案和战略；按计划开发和管理项目来执行需求分析、新创意及评估新产品。

3. In addition to demonstrating technical expertise, a person in this position may be called on to act as a team and/or project leader. But major focus is on technical delivery. Must demonstrate ability to develop and perform on a complex project or program.
在这个团队或项目中扮演一个领导者或技术专家的角色，并进行技术的传递，必须具备开发和执行一个复杂项目的能力。
4. Be responsible for the development and improvement scheme for the new product as well as the effective implementation to insure the progress and quality of the new project;

组织制定新产品开发，改良工作计划，并组织有效实施，确保项目的进度和质量；

5．The capability of working with other units, suppliers, customers, and teams direct, and require the incumbent demonstrate skill in negotiation, building consensus, and achieving compromise.
具备直接与其它业务单元，供应商，客户和团队一起工作能力，具备谈判，达成共识和实现平衡的技巧和能力。

6．Responsibilities of this position demand that the incumbent understand complex technical problems and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions.;

负责解决复杂技术问题的能力和有开发创造性解决方案的能力

7. Conduct the production process and inspection standard, provide relevant technical support for the needs of customers or work site.

制定工艺标准和检验标准，对客户现场和生产现场相关的技术问题提供技术支持；

8. Perform product maintenance; keep up to date on new technologies or develop new technologies; liaise with customers, team members, and other units on technologies; provide support and advise to other engineers, managers, sales or marketing personnel and customers

进行产品的维护, 保持了解新科技和开发新技术，与我们的客户，团队成员，和其它业务单位进行技术沟通。对其他工程师，经理，销售客服人员及客户给予支持和建议。

9．Other responsibilities as assigned or required.

职位要求 Position Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical、Food engineering or biological engineering;

本科及以上学历，食品或化学、生物工程类专业优先；

2. Minimum 5 to 8 years project or technical management experience in relevant industry , with 2-3 years ‘ experience in technical supervisor position is better;
至少5-8年以上相关背景行业项目或技术管理工作经验，2-3年相关行业技术主管经验优先；

3. Good project management skill, problem-solving skill, communication skill and team spirits.

良好的项目管理能力，解决问题的能力和沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神；

4. Technical leadership skills are essential. Also the focus of the job is technical and project management skills may be required.

必要的技术方面的领导能力，工作的关键是技术和项目管理的技能。

5. Good command in oral and written English

良好的英语表达和书写能力

6. Good risk management skills and willing to work under pressure
