职位描述：
1. Duty and Responsibility 工作职责
1）Establish effective EHS system according to integrated working enviorment, supervise implementation during plant.
根据公司整体工作环境，建立适合有效的环境健康安全体系，并监督其在工厂内有效实施。
2）Collocate reasonable personal protection equipments in view of working requirements of different positions, ensure safety, health working enviroment of whole plant.
根据不同岗位的工作需求，合理配置安全防护用品，保证安全健康的工作环境。
3）Responsible for routine safety inspection, provide corrective actions regarding hazards observed, supervising improvement process.
进行例行的安全健康巡查，针对所发现的安全隐患提出纠正措施，并监督有关改善的进程。
4） Coordinate/organise training activities on respects of safety, health and emergency response, enhancing safety sense of workers.
协调组织安全健康，应急措施等方面的培训，加强员工的安全意识教育。
5）Deal with Injury accidents, occupational disease and related reporting procedure. Analyze unsafety causes, push improvement actions and education on workers.
处理有关工伤，健康，职业病等事件及相关申报程序，并对引发原因进行分析，督促改善及相关培训 。
6） Conduct routine inspection on safety equipments, ensure their availability in case of emergency.
进行安全设备的例行检查，更新及合理配置，保证其在紧急情况下的有效性。
7）Responsible for first aid medinces allocation.
负责安全急救用品的合理配置。
8）Oher work as required by Supervisor.
主管人员要求的其它工作。

2、 Knowledge and Skills 知识和技能
1)Familiar with national safety rules and injury reporting process.熟悉国家有关安全方面的法律规定及工伤处理的程序。
2)Strong judgement and analysis skill. 具有较强的判断分析能力
3)Strong implement skills. 具有较强的推动执行力。
4)Good PC skill in Excel and powerpoint. 具有良好的计算机操作技能
5)Be good Engilish in lisening,speaking,reading and writing具有良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
6)Knowledge of law related and ability of communication具有法律相关的知识和较强的沟通能力
7)Be good at working with others善于与人相处

3、Education and Experience 教育和工作经验
University degree or above,major in Enviorment engineering or equivalent, at least three years EHS working experiences. 大学本科以上学历，环境工程等相关专业，至少三年以上EHS领域的工作经验。 举报 分享
