工作范围和职责
作为工程团队一名成员，负责独立完成产品研发所需要的机械设计任务和为生产生产团队提供必要的工程支持。迅速理解产品设计理念，并将理念转化成工程设计，独立完成工程样机的机械部分设计。在产品研发过程中，能够及时发现设计问题并作出及时调整，及时完成各类突发性工程任务，对各种机械设计文件进行归挡管理。与供应商直接沟通，解决设计合理性、价格合理性、供货周期等问题。
背景要求
· 机械工程或机电一体化工程专业学士，具有2年以上实际工作经验
· 懂得运用有限元分析方法和工具实行设计热分析和应力分析
· 善于与供应商沟通，优化设计改善可加工性
· 善于发现设计问题和及时提出解决方案
· 具备工件和系统失效分析能力

· 对工程图纸及文件进行管理
· 强烈的团队意识
· 良好的沟通能力，包括口头和书面沟通
