Responsibilities
岗位职责：
1.Take full responsibility on warehouse management, include warehouse process, materials receiving and issue, physical stock control with planner, OTD and SAP SD and warehouse related data maintenance, assign task to warehouse keepers.
全面负责仓库的管理：仓库流程的制定，材料的接收与发送，监督计划对实物库存的控制，成品交货，SAP 与仓库相关数据的维护，分配仓库管理员的日常工作。
2. Make sure on time delivery to customers
确保客户端及时交付。
3. Arrange and adjust the store area reasonably to get the best capacity for W/H
对仓库存储区域做安排与调整，最大化利用仓库区域。
4. Arrange rolling inventory counting and regular inventory counting, analyse the gaps.
安排循环盘点和定期盘点，对盘点差异做分析。
5. Investigate the root cause for external and internal complaints and find solution.
对内外部客户抱怨的分析,找到解决方案。
6. Identify improvement areas and drive continuous improvement
识别改善区域，推进持续改进。
7. Arrange subordinate’s work properly, improve staff quality and efficiency, create a team work environment.
合理安排下属工作，提高员工工作质量和效率，创造团队合作的环境。
8. Keep warehouse neatly and clearly.
保持仓库的整洁与干净。
9. Manage consignment warehouse with co-ordinator.
协助协调员对第三方仓库的管理。


Basic requirement:
1. college education or above
大专以上学历。
2. More than three years warehouse management experience in foreign invested manufacturing.
3年以上外资生产型企业仓库管理经验。
3 Familiar with SAP system

Allen (Wuxi) Commercial Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd, established in 2004, is a wholly owned subsidiary of REFLEX & ALLEN Group in Italy. It has a highly automated factory and research & development center in Wuxi New District, with two Swiss MAILLEFER high speed extrusion lines, production capacity of more than 50 million meters and a low-pressure pipe production line for annual production capacity of 500,000 engines. All products are in strict compliance with DIN, SAE, U.S. DOT, Germany TUV, and Chinese 3C standards.
