Job Summary:
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering manager promotes the advanced manufacturing/operation technology and principal to all Asia plants. This position reports to the Director of Manufacturing Excellence. Candidate must have substantial experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, operation and quality management. Candidate must demonstrate deep understanding of complexity of operation system and how to drive operation excellence.

A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deployment of AME strategy and program in Asia Manufacturing
2. Benchmark, study and leverage advanced operation practices and new manufacturing technology to improve manufacturing competence
3. Work with plants to build up SME team at critical areas to improve overall Asia manufacturing engineering competence
4. To lead cross BU projects related to manufacturing engineering improvement in Asia manufacturing
5. To provide constructive suggestions to manufacturing footprint and strategy planning

B. REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, Advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years experience in manufacturing industrial as head of ME/IE
3. Good learner with innovation consciousness
4. Outstanding communication, organization, interpersonal and management skills.
5. Excellent English written and oral communication skills
6. Experience of managing cross functional jobs in complex working environment
