Job Duties

1. Design (piston pump and motor) is that of principal contributor on a design for development of a product, process or both. Develop solutions for complex technical engineering problems and may be accountable for the design or improvement of complex systems or processes.

主要负责柱塞泵和马达产品的设计或流程开发。对项目的复杂的技术问题及设计和改进复杂系统及流程提出解决方案。

2. Contribute to establishing strategies for new process and product programs of piston pump and motor; develop and manage the project/program to the plan to perform needs analysis and initiate ideas and evaluate new products.

建立柱塞泵和马达产品和项目的战略；按计划开发和管理项目来执行需求分析、新创意及评估新产品。

3. In addition to demonstrating technical expertise, a person in this position may be called on to act as a team and/or project leader. But major focus is on technical delivery. Must demonstrate ability to develop and perform on a complex project or program.

4. Direct work with other units, suppliers, customers, and teams require the incumbent demonstrate skill in negotiation, building consensus, and achieving compromise.

5. Responsibilities of this position demand that the incumbent understand complex technical problems and demonstrate the ability to develop creative solutions.

6. Perform product maintenance; keep up to date on new technologies or develop new technologies; communicate technology to customers, team members, suppliers, and other units; and support and advise other engineers, managers, marketing personnel, customers, and suppliers.

7. Develop increased technical breadth and/or depth at this level, as well as gaining increased business management skills. Additional key skills at this level include development of acceptance criteria, new product introduction process, spatial design, conceptual design, practical application of theory, knowledge of the NPI process, and communication skills.

Job Requirement

1. Requires a bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited Machine Engineering, Fluid dynamics, or Materials Science curriculum plus 10-15 years of engineering experience.

要求学士学位及以上，机械工程学、流体动力学或材料学专业，10-15年左右工程师领域的工作经验。

2. Proficiently using AutoCAD, Pro/E, design hydraulic product, be prior having work experience in piston

pump design.

熟练地使用AutoCAD,Pro/E软件,设计液压产品，有柱塞泵领域相关工作经验尤佳。

3. Incumbents must have excellent analytical skills an extensive understanding of complex engineering concepts and applications.

出色的分析技能，较好地掌握各种复杂工程概念和应用软件

4. Technical leadership skills are essential. Though the focus of the job is technical contribution, project management skills may be required.

必需有技术方面的领导能力，工作的关键是技术方面的贡献和项目管理的技能。

5. Broad background in systems hardware, software, support and development methodologies, business planning and project management;

在硬件系统，软件，支持开发，企业规划，项目管理方面有着一定的背景经验。

6. Requires a self-starter with strong technical leadership skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, customers, and suppliers.

要求积极主动和较强的技术领导能力，并和团队或其他成员、客户、供应商之间有效地进行技术信息的沟通。

7. Good Risk Management Skills.
